Twinkling Scimitar

I have the recipe and ingots and dark sapphire but option to create the scimitar does not appear on the Smithy menu. Is this not available in Pandora? Thanks

should be.. sounds odd.. Checked the scripts and it should only be ingots and dark sapphire aswell.. hit me up on discord or ingame and we could try make one
