No admin or counselor ingame?

I have sent several (perhaps 10+) help requests in the past days, but all i am getting is message that there is no admin or counselor ig. I do't cancel the help request, hours pass but there is no answer. Is there something wrong?

That always tells you there is "no one" but really it's "no one available this second" -- It's a engine UO glitch, doesn't mean no one is in game.

Keep in mind, if your page can be easily answered by asking another player, forum, website, wiki, etc - It could possibly be ignored.

I played On Napa valley for almost a decade and I can tell you that I am much more happy here for responses and response times here then I ever was there.

Sometimes you just have to be patient, or better yet ask the players on-line, most of the time you will get the answer you are looking for....Nigel
