Suffering from extreme lag - can't stay connected long enough to pm or hit help button - can someone message Noll or the King about a restart?

Just a curious question - what kind of vendors or items on vendors do we seem to be lacking in our community? What items seem to be hard to find on a vendor for new players? Veteran players? Looking for ideas to fill in the niche...

I usually run into Nigel every week or so. He was the one who first welcomed me to Pandora and gave me a hand up with the SoP guild. I'm getting worried though, I havent seen him in quite a while. I suppose I could just be on when he is not, but I worry when old friends just disappear. Anyone seen him lately?

OH NOES! What did Flint do this time? Now the whole shard is down!

Is there an update going on or something or did the latest windows update foul up my settings...again? Can't seem to log in. Anybody in the know?

There is a young player in game named "Rover" who I've been trying to communicate with, but his character seems to be speaking Russian or  similar language. I noticed the same type language in a post from Noll on the forums. I thought the game and now the forums would translate for us? I thought perhaps I had to choose "English" on the language list here but its not on the list. Any ideas?

Trading any of my extra Halloween Masks to complete my set and maybe yours too! According to Noll, their are 28 masks, and I need 5 to complete my set. The only one I know for sure I am missing is the blood worm. I have the following extras to trade: wisp, cyclops, Ophidian warrior, fire elemental, satyr, drake, pixie, skeleton, & Lady of the Snow. Recently the boss in the PVM room keeps disappearing when he is almost beaten - just goes "poof". Happened today with the Slasher. Anyone else experience this?

i dropped an 18x18 customizable plot in malas and now while I am customizing it, tiles disappear or change to unusable spaces even after backing up or committing my work. Tiles become unusable (can't walk on or place anything there), walls disappear, tiles lose their color...not sure what is happening. I figured if it were Noll messing with me, he would have changed them all to orange. But it seems to be an actual problem of some sort. I wanted to ask here before sending a bug report in case it is already known or I'm doing something stupid.

I updated UO Steam and now my password doesn't work - how do I reset it?

I thought the shard going down meant the next patch was being uploaded - turns out it was just NollKoll trying to fix something.  GMs were a myth on old Atlantic, but on Pandora we have proof they exist. The truth is out there...

Today when the Free-for-all ended, I wound up trapped under the benches in the battle arena. According to Nollkoll, stuck is your best option for getting out. Also, if you wind up in this hole you do not get any pvp coins. Just an FYI. Battle worked just fine other than this, and congrats to Lady Maphala who promptly whooped me good LOL.

How often do the Pcoin mobs respawn?

As title says, I am a GM miner and have not been able to find any rare gems (Fire rubies, blue diamonds, etc). I also cannot find the blacksmith in Ter Mur who has the book you read to allow the mining of regular gems. I was wondering if this was different on Pandora, or if my "young" status was preventing me from finding the gems (and the book).
