Nickname Registration

Hello!

I have a BIG problem!
I wanted to play in SERVER, and I wanted to register my nick but....
SOMEONE IS ALREADY USING IT!    :?
I want my nickname back! I don't want that someone using my nickname, because I'm using it till I was 10 (11 years already). So can you help me?
Do this server have some nick security system??? To help users using their own nick?

It is possible? somehow change his nick and give it to me? Because im using it long time ago

Doesn't really make sense for the Admins to change the name of an existing player for a new member just cuz they say they have been using it for years on other servers.
