What is a good way is train healing. I am at 39.something and it just seems to have stopped.  Is there a good way to raise this skill that is a bit faster???

You and a buddy wrestle each other while healing

Make 2 more accounts (your allowed 3 total) and have them fight each other while you macro healing them.
Here the razor macro I used. Right-click absolute target and select each person you will be healing and adjust the timing if you don't have 150 dex.
