Can anyone confirm if this year you are able to get Player Bone sets like last year?

Last year, the Halloween event was pretty much the same as it is now, but if you died at one of the graveyards, there was a chance that a skeleton carrying the same name as the person that died would spawn, after you killed it, there was a small chance that it would have a the named bones in its loot.
It is the only thing on the shard that i collect. So i have high hopes that it was like last year.

I have seen them and I have 2 sets as well but I have seen named skeles this year
so...... anyone actually know if you "can" get them this year? if so, im for sure getting my bones, i've always wanted them, haha :D
