Tired of getting loot jacked

I love it when someone can just sit in stealth watching the boss fight then jump in last second and loot your hard earned artie. Is there any way we could install loot rights based on % damage done or something? Anyone could make an alt and follow people around to the big spawns stealing their loot, some of us are just not douchebags like that but apparently there are always some that are.

The way the game is set up is just like that. If you did the majority damage to a mob then the mob is yours even if your in a party. You get credit for the kill you get the loot. period. Now if your allowing someone to come in a kill equally with you then thats a different story. It really doesn't matter where you are, if you use reveal either with skill or spell and someone is there waiting just leave and come back another time.
