Have you downloaded it from our main site?

PandoraUo.com -- click Play link. There is a download link there.

This is the link I used to get Steam from the main site (not wiki or community) under "play".

The problem has to be on your end because that link worked perfectly fine for me last night when I installed UO Steam for the first time.

Yeah something isn't downloading right on your end... Hmm never heard of this before.

Try to use Razor for now, maybe someone can send you their fully installed UOSteam folder and it could work?

to me it looks like an antivirus problem. What antivirus are you using ? Maybe you can put the file or the directory where you download uo steam in the exceptions

Thats probably why. Norton doesn't play nice with anything & is fairly worthless in many cases. See if you can add an exception to ignore Steam in there. Also try right clicking Steam icon and go to Run as Administrator.

It definitely is a local thing on your end. I just did a test on a new computer and the only hiccup I ran into is having to install the Windows Framework thing, which we have instructions on website for that in the Play link.
