Frost Orc and the Snow Globe

Does anyone know if the Frost Orc is still dropping snow globes?  I've killed 8 or 9 without any luck. Am I just being impatient or do they no longer spawn? Thanks!

They do, must be the well known "bad luck"... but don't worry, sometimes i get one after killing 50 frost orcs.

They definitly spawn, iv had them very recently.. And even had 3 globes in a row before :-) but the drop rate's not high
