Publish 7.2 Update & Crash Fix

Apparently ant lions where crashing the server. I was going through fixing some of the spawn times in the solen hives the other day. Saw that the Ant Lions where not even spawning (disabled) it appears someone just shut them off instead of fixing them. Anywho, I believe I nailed the issue with the lions.

Also A few fixes come in.

POWER SCROLL BOOKS can now be placed on player vendors and by using the escape key after you place them. Makes them not for sale. But players can access the book and purchase powerscrolls from them now.

STAT SCROLL BOOKS Now can accept stat scrolls again. It appears when I updated the stat scrolls to not say -55 and what not. I was unaware at the time that there was even a stat scroll book. Anyways, it works now and enjoy.

We appologize for the issues on crashing over the past few days as it was unintentional on my part. Every once in a while I stumble across things that dont work, or are shut off for some reason. Thanks once again for your patience and for choosing PandoraUO.
