So someone here showed me how to use the uos autoloot properly, (i was used to razor's version bugging out and crashing constantly so i didnt use it). Needless to say I retract my statement about drag and dropping the coins, I was able to clear the whole dungeon and get my tokens in half the time it would've normally taken me

I'm a bit curious as to what the established unspoken rules are there to being respectful. Obviously anyone running in on a kill last second to ninja the loot is griefing, but I've found myself showing up at times where the boss is either 2/3 or 1/2 full and feeling hesitant about joining in. Unsure still exactly how group tier xp is distributed and I'd gamble to say it's kind of fuzzy for any young player showing up for the first time to know what not to do. I do however back away from the corpse at the end and that seems to put everyone at ease.
Also is that area pvp'able in any form and/or can thieves jack me there? I'm still rocking the young status so it's hard to tell

Been on this server for 4 days now roughly annnnnnnnnd... yeah i'm gonna call it home. 
Little bit about me: Old vet of Great Lakes and numerous freeshards over the years. Started my first UO character back in 1997. 33 years old now and still enjoy this game as much as I did when I was a teenager. Though this is my first time playing with imbuing and without the typical 700 skill cap. I look forward to dying awkwardly in front of you all for the next few weeks lol.
Shout out to Empati and HB guild for picking me up and giving me a boost!

So after being on this server for 4 days my one and only complaint is to add more things to kill in the newb dungeon!!! please!! lol.
Or meet us (newbs) halfway and at least make the single, and the 3x newb token lesser-mob drops a different object/graphic - something larger and easier to click and drag would save a lot of irritation for the newer players in my humble opinion. Spending an extra 3-5 seconds trying to click a single token is mind numbing. I'm sure there are workarounds or a way to auto-loot but the point I'm going for is: We want that beginner area to pique the interest of wandering UO players coming into Pandora to stick around. Even though the devs did a fantastic job creating a system for new players to catch up... I've seen players who are looking for a new shard to call home reject it for stuff even more silly than this rant. I personally was able to ignore it as it is admittedly incredibly trivial, but hey, Noll said "nothing is too small" when he made this post so I digress
On a positive note. The playerbase here is exceptionally receptive to new players. Unlike the typical vast majority of the shards out there. I had explored 6-7 other shards before I found this one. Spent 2-3 days on the majority of them before moving on and my greatest reason for leaving was due to a total lack of communication both in game and my attempts to join guilds on the forums. Hell I even joined a discord channel for a shard and it was like talking to a brick wall. I'll leave names out of this as it would be bad form, but one shard I tried had 500+ active according to the counter. I made a very simple, informative guild recruitment pm to 4 different GMs. Made sure to follow their given templates for asking to join and all that jazz, and that was more than a week ago. not a single one has responded yet.
Within the first 30 minutes of logging into Pandora I had an in-game player asking me if I needed help. And before my paperdoll even said my account was more than a day old both Empati and Flint had responded to me in the forums. Empati was the first so I've now made my home in HB. Him and a couple others have already given me so much that I'm damn near a couple days from shedding my young status already.
Maintain this trend and without a doubt this shard will grow and flourish.
Edit: Totally lost my attention span and missed the "suggestion" and "why" format you asked for hahahaha.
tl;dr
"Suggestion":Make the new player tokens a larger image/object so the single drop and 3x drops aren't tiny as hell.
"Why?": Because it's annoying lol.
