I updated UO Steam and now my password doesn't work - how do I reset it?
UO Steam has nothing to do with your password.
If you have somehow had the password "saved" UO Steam will also not effect.
UO Steam is a 3rd party tool and has nothing to do with our Shard / Server and especially passwords. Simply type in the password you have always used on log in.
If you're still having trouble, then send an email to accounts@pandorauo.com with the account name you cannot access and a list of all the player's names on the account.
I'm having the same problem. Nothing to do with my password, i simply can't log on. Once I enter my account and password it freezes up.
