Serenitys Library House will be put up for auction.
All the things inside now will be included in the sale itself.

Rules: The new owner will keep the houseplot as a library location, open for the public.
So it still serves as a helping spot for people looking for a rune etc.
(And you might think, i bhought it, and look, i can take all the runebooks to my other house in felucca house plot?.. well, these are the rules, you know em.. but the thing you should keep in mind, i remember em!)

Im not sure if this auction will be gold only, or not...
But add your thought aswell in a reply.
But ill start the bidding price at 100,000,000 Gold (100 million gold)

edit2: you will keep everything in the house, just as long as it serves as a library for players, the rest you may do as you wishes for. The house itself contains sh**loads of bods, nets, sos etc and alot of other stuffs, i wont mention anything more about the content.

OK i seen some items are removed from house after auction got annuced so ill adjust my offer  >
I plan to keep library there and make museum so if not even one item would be removed in future then my offer is

I removed a few items BEFORE i announced its auction on the forums, and the auction is ONLY for the library...  If vors or kon have removed any items, i have no clue..   But no items were removed by me after the auction was announced

hey noll, i was wondering when the auction would be over too, i mean almost whole 2 days and no out bid from anyone, cant say i didnt spread the word out there in game, i talked with a few players about it, i WANT to do this place up, add books, re-do vendors, the works..... i've been library-sitting since i put my bid in... haha

Probably cos it's been player property, they didn't let it fall so people aren't able to place after so just auction it. ^^ Wild guess.

if i win it, im not changing it, it will stay the same, except for the new books i add to it, and put up all new vendors, thats it, only change i'd make, this auction has been driving me crazy, i haven't done anything but sit right out front of the lib for days now....
