Serenitys Library House will be put up for auction.
All the things inside now will be included in the sale itself.
Rules: The new owner will keep the houseplot as a library location, open for the public.
So it still serves as a helping spot for people looking for a rune etc.
(And you might think, i bhought it, and look, i can take all the runebooks to my other house in felucca house plot?.. well, these are the rules, you know em.. but the thing you should keep in mind, i remember em!)
Im not sure if this auction will be gold only, or not...

200 PB is the rough equivalent to 250 million Gold, that's a nice starting offer :)

Probably cos it's been player property, they didn't let it fall so people aren't able to place after so just auction it. ^^ Wild guess.
if i win it, im not changing it, it will stay the same, except for the new books i add to it, and put up all new vendors, thats it, only change i'd make, this auction has been driving me crazy, i haven't done anything but sit right out front of the lib for days now.... :P

Kinda hard to make a raffle, without looking so that i favor anyone.. a gold auction seems fine, get rid of some excessive gold amounts in the game, perhaps helps the inflation a bit ^^
I am with Saturn on this I think if they already have a plot in luna or a double plot like cyrus or christoph they should not be allowed to even offer money I mean how is that right for them to have so many houses in luna and people like me or others who don't have that kind of money can't event try to get in on it so how is that fair really need to make it fair for everyone

Games should be fair and everyone should be equal so the people that do good and put the time into hunting, crafting, bartering and trading should have to take a back seat to people who dont do the same because its fair? then why do anything? Might as well just make some free goverment housing and issue all the best items to everyone so theres no need to do anything.

You guys know that with the next patch, you will be able to sell your house directly from the sign for any chosen price you like, it will display the original house worth and calculate your profit so you can make an educated sale.
When someone buys your house (via the sign), they will take full ownership of it, including everything inside it, the same as if you did a face to face transfer.
You will receive your profit in the form of a check in your bank.

I've checked over our logs and there were no errors or error pages served for your connection during the course of the auction. If you received that error in your browser itself, then it would have been your ISP causing issues. If it had have been an error generated by our services, we could have accepted your final bid, given the circumstances.
But never mind, there will be more interesting spots available in the near future and they won't have as many requirements :)

Click house sign, if the 100 hrs are not up. Will give you your items, Empati. If not, they must be in the moving crate and the new owner can give them to you.
