Welcome to the shard, we haven't met, but probably will, was busy all weekend with our oldest going to Senior Prom and then we had Mother's Day, so I dipped in briefly a time or two. But Welcome to the Shard I know you will love it here, lots of friendly folks and peeps to help ya out. And always remember no question is a dumb one cause I like you played OSI, Freeshards, and owned and scripted my own shard and forgot alot and had alot to learn again but had some very great teacher(s)!

[Wasn;t sure where to post this so I posted it here. Seems there is a bug now with the Crafting Menus...EX. I was making scrolls for my vendor and every time I would click the gate scroll Icon in the menu it would make the scroll but the menu would not reappear like it use too. I set up a macro for last object for a quick fix but wanted to let the MODS and Scripters know that there is a bug on the crafting menus! Thanks!]

That was the fun part of it for me, I felt like i was going back to school to learn imbueing.
I feel that while Ive become very good at it, people like Falada and Tys still look at my stuff and give me great pointers for additions or changes that I never thought of, again its the community here that I love so much about our shard....Nigel

I agree Nigel, and I do pm my one of my mentors now and then! One has Quit, and I catch up with the other from time to time to make sure I'm doing things right, mostly to help young players in the name of the one that quit, to carry his name on.

Depends.. if the quest is allready in, just need to place the npcs, i pretty much need npcs and locations for those npcs.. But if they aint, would like an nice link so i know what to script/search for that script/quest, or make a v v simular script/quest.

The imbuing system is one of the fundamental aspects of improving your character that tends to be confusing for newer players. That being said, this is a great improvement that should help new players a lot.

I have to agree with what Arya said, I was away from UO for several years, not knowing about imbuing. I only knew what a Blacksmith with a 120 scroll worked up could do last time I left UO! After 5 1/2 mths on Shard I'm very knowledgeable of what it is! This would cut down the time a whole lot. I have even taken the time to try to explain the process of imbuing to NEW players to get them more knowledgeable of the skill, since I've learned it!
