I know this is late, but things are just getting settled down here at home again.

I spent the 4th with long time friends working the Kanoom show at the Pomona fairplex. Thy Pyro crew are like family to me after 20 years working together. For me it's a day of pushing myself to the limits of endurance and a family reunion all rolled into on.

Even one of my daughters works the infield show on my crew.

Kon tweaked the housing prices a long time ago. It was done for a few simple reasons.

First. A much needed gold sink. To help relieve server load.

Second. because it's really easy to farm gold on the server.

Hope this helps.

I personally use the dull copper granite. It's the most common one mined at the current settings.

Well in my opinion since he removed the improper information, and it was an accident. I personally will not take any action at this time. There is also the fact that it is a long existing story.

The only reason I don't like the minor tot dye thing is because I sell them on my vendor quite often and that would destroy the market for them. As it sits now minor tots go for 1 mill a charge and I can't refill my vendor fast enough.

Just match the price, and two problems solved. You still get buisness, and people have a choice

Awww, and here I was starting a rune library.

I so far have been lucky or blessed in this matter. I refreshed my houses every Sat. morning while having my coffee, but my uncle had 2 houses fall.

I was wondering if say the first house on an account could be maint free, and any after that could be grandfathered and require refreshing?

Hell even if it's just one house/ 3 accounts on the same IP would work too.
