I am having trouble raising fishing, it shot up to gm no problem but it has stopped dead since, my cap is 120 and i have been sailing round the world macroing for a solid 24 hours now and have gone from 100.0 - 100.0!?!? no gains at all. im sure i must be missing something, do i have to do some quest to allow me to exceed gm? i am in deep water moving my boat 1 tile after every cast. does anyone know what im doing wrong coz this is driving me crazy now =( thanks in advance
Not sure if it now requires a quest... my only guess is it has something to do with the changes that were made to fishing in Publish 37. My toon has been at 120 for awhile now, but recently when I attempted to raise it to 110 on my alt I couldn't get past 100.
cheers for responding, glad its not just me, it is certainly stuck. It also seems there are no pandorian galleons available at any shipwright.. I guess there is something in the works for fishing, think ill just look forward to this for a while and train something else.
If you go to the moongate and go to High Seas: Sea Market (Tram) you can visit the Fish Mongerer and they sell the Galleons.
