Craftable Artie Recipes

Just curious to know which quest givers have the chance of awarding artie recipes? Is it the same ones that give out the standard recipes? Or are there different NPC's for these?

If an NPC gives one recipe from, say, Bowcrafting, then you will get all possible bowcrafting recipes.
