Treasures of Tokuno

so i see it popping up in game saying its enabled. what does this mean? sorry for the newb question just want to figure this one out. Thank you

The Tot enabled means Treasures of tokuno event is enabled. You can go to tokuno and kill monsters for a chance at finding an artifact. This is what I was told in my other post...

You can get them in the mines / dojo whenever the giant stones in front of both are GREEN. You can get tots all over tokuno on Tuesdays no matter what the stone colors are. The mines / dojo are pvp zone but tokuno is not.
