So I was talking today with a co-worker about what we got for Christmas and whatnot, and the fact that I got a new keyboard for the hubby.  My co-worker said that all of the letters are rubbed off of his keyboard but he's not ready to replace it because it's a logitech keyboard with the screen on it.  I said that I really like mine because it makes it easier to see who is talking in ventrilo when we're playing UO.  He asked which server we play and I told him Pandora....which led to an "OMG...I play there....".  Could have knocked me over with a feather.  For the most part I tend to not talk about gaming much at work because they all look at me funny...lol.  Just goes to show that you never know.  When you're talking to the lady behind the counter at the store, the guy at the car wash, anyone....you could be talking to a fellow Pandorian without even knowing it 

Been traveling around a bit looking at some of the beautiful house designs here on Pandora.  We have some truly talented people here

Seems a lot of "Boo" folks are hanging out at The Lucky Lady Shop....lol

So I've got a fun little event idea floating through my mind.  I'm not telling what it is, but I am suggesting that if you have the snow piles that you carry in your backpack, it would be well worth it to carry them with you for the next week or two

Announcing the Horrific Haunted House contest!

Pandorians are encouraged to decorate their houses in a ghoulish way to celebrate the Halloween season!

Anyone interested in participating need only build and decorate a house and drop a rune to the house in the mailbox at the Lucky Lady Shop in NW Luna. 
Please make the house public so that judges & fellow Pandorians can come look around and be scared!

All runes need to be turned in by October 29th.
Winners will be announced on Halloween!

There will also be a special "people's choice" award given.  Voting for this category will be done by open ballot at the Lucky Lady Shop. 
Everyone is invited to vote for their favorite on October 30th. 
All runes will be placed in books at the shop.

First prize will be 1,000,000 gold,

Sorry I haven't been around much lately.  My Grandmother has been fighting to stay with us for a while now, but sadly, she lost the fight last Saturday and went home to be with her Father.  It's been about a dozen years since I've had to bury a family member, so it hit me pretty hard.  Things are getting back to "normal" now so expect to see me more often   I missed you guys!

The celebration of the anniversary of my birth was this past Saturday and I promised after that day that I would eat healthier, get more rest and exercise, and leave my past ways behind me.  But I needed help, so I sent out a message seeking the aid of my fellow Pandorians.

They came quickly and I gave to each of them a list of items that I needed to have gathered:

















They came in droves, and I am thankful that they did, for a task of this size would take many hands!



King Konstantine even made an appearance and touched his hand to a golden statue that was to be the prize for the first person to return with all of the requested items.



I wasn't sure that asking to have copies of my diary returned was the best idea, but luckily the evil scribe wasn't as good of a scribe as he thought, because most of the copies that came back only looked like this.....




Luckily the one copy that still had my personal writings in it was found by a very discreet Lady Accident

After the prizes were given out, of which there many, a fireworks display took place directly in front of the shop!  It was beautiful!



Thank you to all who assisted!  35 brave souls went searching and 21 returned.  Congratulations to Kronen for being the first to return with all of the requested items!  Congratulations to Stelios for being the second, to Nemesis and Nara who came back 3rd and 4th!

Everyone was rewarded gold and items and hopefully everyone had a great time and will come again next time!

Each of my fellow Pandorians below joined in the hunt and came back to the shop with many of the items requested.
