As far as I know 3 accounts are allowed per IP. My gf has one and I have 2 and we use the same IP. Try changing your username and password to something way different then then other persons.
If you have several family members playing at home, its no biggie, just send me a PM on the forums on which accounts you are using now, and the account you want to have, and i will reply with the password i create for that account.
