Hi all,

I'm having difficulty getting a good mapper to work.

I have UOAM installed and it works for everything but Ter Mur. There seems to be an unofficial Ter Mur update out for it, but I'm skeptical.

I can't find UO Cartographer. The website seems to no longer be up. Also - I read a few posts where people aren't even able to get it working.

So I guess my questions are:

1. Is there a way to update the maps used to the positioning system in Razor?
2. Is there a legit Ter Mur update for UOAM?
3. Can someone point me to a downloadable version of UO-Cart which works?

I tried to search for a post related to this, but couldn't find one. Maybe I used the wrong parameters.

I understand how to evaluate items myself to see if I want to keep them or trash them. I'm guessing the colors of the name of the item correspond to rarity.

Is this correct?

I know the loot was recently adjusted.

Regarding loot in Fel, I had about 1150 luck and was pulling weapons with multiple 40% stats, 16-19 LRC, and high DCI and HCI off a variety of high-level undead about a week ago.

This week I go into Fel and I'm killing the same stuff and they are dropping weapons with less than 25% stats, rings with crappy resists , little or no LRC, etc, and just junk in general. I did a quick comparison killing stuff in Trammel and I noted the loot was roughly the same.

I'm curious if this is due to the adjustment of loot or just the extreme randomness of luck. Last week I was getting good drops every kill for several hours. This week I have slightly more luck and horrible drops.

Just a suggestion... When I try to turn logs into boards or hides into cut leather, it has to be in my inventory.

In the volume I deal in, this is very time consuming. Is it possible to allow you to manipulate these resources (and similar resources) in your bank or in a secure container.
I.e. if I chop logs in my bank, they appear as boards in my bank?

So I finally decided to switch over to a pure-kinda mage guy.

I need to reorganize my stats because a majority of the points went to Strength and Dex.

Can you gain stats by using a locked or otherwise maxed out skill?

Or am I the only one stuck at Verifying Account...

Some of you may already know of me from in-game. I started on the shard 7 days ago. Best shard I've played on by far.

I started playing UO back in 1997 on dial-up.

I remember running along with my white death robe with an orc helm on my head, picking up back-packs filled with wine and thinking it was the coolest... :lol:

I know Luck affects loot dropped from monsters, but does it also affect stuff in chests you unlock or is this stuff already pre-generated?

I was mining today and went through about 40 pick axes.

Maybe a good donater item would be an indestructible pickaxe that gathers ore at twice the speed?

I am still in the newbie area (Insula?) and I have been working on provoking a frog against a dolphin, however I noticed that I maxed out at 70.6 skill. Do I need to move on to actual monsters or just keep at it in the newbie area?
