SoP is the largest active guild on Pandora alligned with NPA is currently  recruiting new members.
We are a pvm only guild and cater to both new and veteran players, SoP has its own village with plenty of housing spots available.
We have our own website with a monthly schedule of guild hunts and special events.

Please take a moment to relay to all your guild mates the importance of participating or at least reading the forums.
I dont know how many times there are changes or new events in which alot of our player base is not aware, simply because they dont read the forums.
Its an important aspect in growing the shard, so please share this information with as many players on the shard as you can....

Kon and Vor, just wanted to say you both are lst class in my book, your open letter to us shows the spirit of you both and why I am here, there is no other shard that would ever open its arms to previously banned players.

I agree that some may have made a bad mistake on one occasion and unfortunalty paid the price for it, allowing them to repent and allow another chance will bring you both a ton of respect within the community.

As for the rest of your letter, wow what can I say, makes me so proud to be a part of this community, TY again, I cant wait to see how far we all take this shard....

For those of you who have been on the shard for over a year you may remember two players Ziggers and Xele, they were founding members of SoP.
Unfortunately due to RL issues they have been incognito for an extended period of time.
I am so happy to announce that as of last evening they have both rejoined our shard.
They are very valuable members of SoP and also to our shard, please take a moment to welcome them back...

SoP has recently built its own Village in Malas, many of its members have built homes there with more on the way.
We will be adding vendors soon, so Im sure the gates will be appearing soon for your shopping needs.

We here at SoP are eagerly awaiting the return of one of our founding members Darien Ashoka.
Unfortunately, Darien has been out of commission due to personal issues but will be returning on Christmas day...
I want to personally thank him for all he did to help us establish SoP here on pandora and I cannot wait for his return.

You know there are a lot of us who have played on several other shards in the past and may still have active accounts they we seldom or ever use, please take a moment and visit your old friends and tell them about Pandora.
We have recently had some success in recruiting some new players this way and thought if more of us can spread the word this is a new way to attract some new players to the shard....Nigel

Hails all,
Wanted to share with the shard what SoP is currently doing to try to attract new players to the shard as well as enhance our game play experience to our current guild members.
First of all we try to recruit any new potential members where we work, its always amazed me just how many people are computer gamers, as I always thought most were hooked on play stations or x box.
We have been successful in recruiting this way and makes a lively conversation at the water cooler on a daily basis...heh

The other thing some of us have done is try to involve our significant others as much as possible, this sure can make life around the house easier as well..

Phaero has been working hard on creating our own website and forums which will be open soon, some or all of it will be open to Pandora members for viewing and participation as well.
We are also in the process of a guild alliance with SOUL, this will allow two of the largest guilds on the shard to interface, there are several benefits this including being able to sponsor special events for the rest of the players on the shard.

Last but not least we try to encourage daily voting and use of the forums, if we could get more pandora players to participate in the daily forums I am sure it would be a great way of getting new potential players attention.

So anyways, we want to again thank Kon and Vor for everything they do here, save your xmas money and spend it on the shard, I hated to hear that Kon had to spend money from his own pocket to keep our favorite hobby running well, we all owe him a lot for that gesture......

If anyone has any other ideas to promote our shard please share them on the forums.

As the holidays approach I just wanted to give my wife a special thank you for supporting my hobby called UO, I know I play a lot just like we all do and it sometimes take a special person to understand and support our game playing.

I just wish I could get her to play the game with me more often....lol

So Merry Christmas honey, I love you and I sure hope I see those pandora bucks in my stocking Christmas morning...hehe    Nigel

Well winters here, although you wouldnt know it here in the Great Lakes, its 65 and sunny today and warmer tomarrow ...LOL

Amyways, just wanted to let you all know that the Xmas trees work now, we put up a bunch in our guild house yesterday, so get out your snowmen, wreaths and stockings and show all how we are in the Holiday spirit..

Was looking at the vet rewards and was wondering if we could update ours here on this shard to include more items?  Maybe some unique items that would be relative to our shard?

All guild leaders please try to get all your members to vote on the shard every day and also please encourage them to utilize the daily forums.
I noticed that we have made great strides recently in promoting our shard, so the more we can get to vote and participate the better..... TY all....Nigel

Any thoughts to maybe adding random stealables throughout the shard that could spawn in random locations?
Would be a good way to add more deco items to the shard.....Nigel
