Training Grounds and Accelerated skill gain

If I enter the training grounds and train my skills, would it be faster than training them elsewhere? I'm not gaining my skills slowly as such but I would like to gain them faster ; if possible

The only thing I can think of that may be faster is doing some of the skill quests in new haven.

That might help you. If you need anything to help train just ask. I can make you a suit with high mana regen and help with raising most skills if you need help with certain skills.
