Need help installing game

I just installed and reinstalled the game and it wont auto patch. It gives me a error and saying that my client is not up to date and need to restart. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you installing game from?  are you using razor or similar client? I had a similar problem when I started and had to install game from another website, after patching up to 7.0.8 I ran razor and opened my game thru razor.

I installed Razor and am recieving a error stating I am missing cliloc files. THis is preventing me from opening you server using Razor. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue and what I can do to run this srver using Razor. Thanks. I am able to open the Classic Client that I downloaded from uo.com.
