HI,

i am new to this game. i started playing from today now i read this topic An All-in-One Skill Guide. and it says that some skills can be trained to 120 do you need to buy something to get to that lvl like a power scroll? or just keep training???

You will need a power scroll to get above 100..

There's a list on this page of what skills have power scrolls available to them:

You can get them from fighting champion spawns and from the PvM events, or if you have the gold for it, from player vendors. Using the scroll doesn't increase your skill, just increases the cap for that skill.
