starting uo Errors

ok well im looking for some help because when i open my uo browser instead of seeing the castle and the spot were you enter your password and account info i dont see it its just a big gray box the size of the uo browser :evil:so if you can help me i would much appreciate it thx,

Have you tried a re-install?
