Thief Guildmaster? Where?

Where is the thieft guildmaster? I want to train my stealth...

Supposed to be one in each city, I gave up looking and went to Bucs Den in Fel and there is a trainer close to the moongate, in one of the buildings.

May I remind you that you start with a gm all skills ball.. You shouldnt need to train anything from a guildmaster.. Also if you read the uoguide youll see that the thief gm is a wanderer and can be found randomly in any town at any time.. Im afraid youll have to hunt him down as " where he is"  is an impossible question to answer
