Not sure if this question was intended for after patch only or just in general. As of right now yes you can over-compensate for the loss in fire resist. I doubt that Vorspire would change that, because a 25 hit in fire resist would pretty much make Vamp embrace unviable.

Yeah I just wanted to cover my bases so no one could say "you're an idiot the damage has already been changed". Posting my findings after personal testing instead of just stating opinions without any numbers to back it up. If anymore arguments are to be pursued past this point I'll just start posting screen shots.

Unless some of these changed have gone in already, which I don't think they have, just going to point out the issue about comp bow damage again. Once again I've tested this personally with someone who isn't even close to being completely geared out and the average damage from comp bow AI was ranging from 90-96. Don't see the issue with it except changing the numerical value shown on the bow. If that is what makes certain people content so be it, but don't expect these changes to make a difference.

On a side note take a break Vorspire. Don't burn yourself out implementing all these new things at once.

Make it in fel! In order to participate there has to be a little risk involved. If there are like 10 or so people participating, I'm sure I'd be less inclined to take that many on at once. Not saying I wouldn't try, just that I wouldn't be as eager about it.

Seems that with the addition of experience on gear and such more people will probably be in fel, so to give everyone a heads up I plan to start PKing players just for some fun. I'm of the friendly PK side though, not there to grief or take your items or anything. I'll most likely just fight with you some, if you die I'll rez you and be on my way.

Of course if you flame me or cuss me or anything that will of course make me mad, just take that into consideration.

Agreed on the tweaking Saturn, when I started setting up keybinds for PVP I attempted to use some of the more useful myst spells and they were all too weak or didn't work at all I just stuck with the standard mage/necro. Would be nice to get a revamp on this to add some diversity.

I'm curious as to how this will balance out, I mean obviously there will have to be minor tweaks here or there but it'll be interesting to see

Empati if you and I battle each other unless there is a client/computer crash then neither one of us can kill the other. More HP will make that even more impossible in a 1v1 situation.

Lol...uncapped health = never dying in world PVP. Now it'll take 3v1 to kill certain people.

I don't think this is the appropriate place to complain about this, but the rarity of the 110 is obvious. Everytime i get a bod that gives the PS I always get something else bogus.
