Not sure whether or not I'm staying here but it looks promising.  I just put in 40 days and $15 on abcuo and within those 40 days I saw the playerbase dive down to only a few guilds ever on (roughly 60 people).  I was banned from the public chat system, which is full of pvp flaming and obscenity, for using the word dick regarding how well my dragon listens to me and I found that imbuing erased high-quality crafting from the purpose of UO entirely.  I also, with my 120 tailor, found that even a suit of hand-made gargish armor couldn't break strait 60's due to only 4 armor pieces.

I've read that pandora has a large playerbase (like 150 during off hours) and that a custom crafting system has been implemented.  If anyone could fill me in as to what exactly this crafting system does that would be appreciated.  Also, I have seen gargish wing armor with resists and props but what about those curious little talon things?  Do they also get resists balancing them with humans/elves?
