Help needed

Hi guys,
Kinda new to to the "free" server stuff.
Cant get it to load up, got razor and it loads the game but will not connect in 2D or 3D?

Says "unknown facet 5."

Any tips?

Another thing,
I can load game and choose shard/create char but when i try to enter world it closes with error message.

I hate to revive a dead thread, but I am now having this problem as well. Was there a resolution?
