I have changed the minimum Imbuing skill level to be able to 'Unravel Runes' using a Rune Chisel & Rough Stones to 0.0. Previously it was at 100.0. (left over from the old days).
You will also be able to start gaining the Imbuing skill at 0.0.
*Remember you must be around a Soul Forge to create them. If not, the "Make Now" button with be grey.
This means that a newbie (even if they don't start with 75 Imbuing on their char, which they should) is able to Unravel runes instantly and start gaining... I also tested that this same formula to allow you to gain up to to max Imbuing skill of 120.0 by Unraveling.

Was actually working on changing this aswell, but only for the item unravel rune.. Ah well :-P
checked the script change, was apparently the item unravel rune, so everything is awesome
