trouble logging in with enhanced client

I have launched the enhanced client with the downloaded launcher from in side my enhanced client folder.
it loads the game, but will not connect to server.
any ideas??

Hmm. It's been awhile since I have tried it myself. EC sometimes gives no one trouble, others have trouble.

You must make sure Pandora's IP is in the text file, the instructions are here on the forum.

I tried putting play.pandora.com in the cheese.cfg file but it would not let me change it. it is 69.162.80.2:2593 that is what was downloaded with link on the downloads tab

Yes that's the text file.

The only thing I can think of is searching our forums. I know some computers allow it to log easily in than others. Another thing to make sure, is that you are launching the EXE inside the EC folder. Also try launching it by right clicking and Run as Admin.
