Any kind advice?
Shame is pretty good for going specific on them but you need to find good spawns or run around like a mad man.
Energy best advice I can give is Demons. I mean really any monster can drop any crystal if they use the damage type associated with it. Hard part is finding a large enough spawn to continuously kill off so you can keep a constant flow of Crystals.
Best bet would maybe be Destard Dragons/Drakes/Wyverns. fast spawns chance of almost every type of crystal and large spawns.
Last option is stock up on Magical Residue and Relic Fragments and make them :)
