where is best place to farm crystal of water and energy?

Shame is pretty good for going specific on them but you need to find good spawns or run around like a mad man.

Energy best advice I can give is Demons.  I mean really any monster can drop any crystal if they use the damage type associated with it.  Hard part is finding a large enough spawn to continuously kill off so you can keep a constant flow of Crystals.

Best bet would maybe be Destard Dragons/Drakes/Wyverns.  fast spawns chance of almost every type of crystal and large spawns.

Last option is stock up on Magical Residue and Relic Fragments and make them
