DETAILS


- At 2:00PM there will be a Moongate inside New Insula bank. Go in it. Earlier you go, the better chance you have of entering. Go to a plot that is empty & has no one standing near it & wait right under the sign until someone comes and xferrs it to you. Make sure the account you are building on has some gold to build (you can go and get the gold back by unbuilding it later) and is not at the house account limit.

- Find GrimReaper who will transfer a 10x10 house to you.

- Start Designing at 3PM

- You can only do 1 house design  

- You use your own decoration items. So bring them with you, prepare, also bankers will be near.

- Each house for design will only be 10x10

- Think Unique

- Around 4PM, or when it is announced, stop designing. Leave your house be, winners will be announced here on forums later.
