This was the first car I ever drag raced back in 1975, it came stock with a 440 in it, we eventually rebuilt the engine, changed the tranny, rear end, ladderbars, we blew fireball cams all the time in it.
The duel points were a big PITA... we even put a blower on it in the end.....Nigel

Nice. I'm currently working on a few projects.
A 72 Plymouth Duster, just finished dialing in the tuning on it.
A 71 Ford Maverick, on it's second restore after being hit, and spending 15 years in storage
A 66 Chevy Corvair. It's something totally new for me, and should actually be a fun car.
Mopars were the hot item when i was growing up as a teenager....Nigel
I personally grew up building chevys. My first car was a 72 Datsun pick up with a bored, and balanced 283 turning about 500hp.
I was a Ford mechanic before I blew out my knee. Now I just work on my own old timers. I wish I had pics of the 70 Chevelle I helped my Dad build. 650hp on a modest Dino test.
Amazing piece of vehicle. Thumbs up!
