Yeah, I'm at 115 blacksmith and 100 arms lore. Weapons say exceptional without issue.

Just a quick question. Is there a reason that when I make a piece of armor or shield and the crafting gump says that it was exceptional and holds the makers mark but the piece does not say exceptional? I have checked the marking options and they are set to mark the item.
