Buying with Pandora coins

Hey,

I've been saving up for a bit and I've been looking around at some of the items in the coin room. I can see stones on the right side (or east side if you're a compass purist) but I don't see any on the left (or west.) Is there a particular way to buy, say, the indestructible pickaxe or infinite quiver?
