I've been playing uo since 2000-2001 and cannot seem to stop playing. I played on OSI for 2-3 years then switched to freeshards. I'm not too familiar with ML and SA additions but I'm a quick learner. I'm mostly PVM but once I can get the right gear I will make a PVP character. So far I have gm'd a lot of skills. The only ones above 100 are taming (105), Vet (110), and Animal Lore (110). If anyone has any suggestions/help for me (i.e. how to make some gold or find gear or get some PS's) please PM me.  Also I have a Bonded Gdragon to help me fight at the moment. I hope to see you all in game!

i'd raise your taming to 110 if you can get a ps for it so you've got a bit better control of your gd.  in the mean time, carry some raw meat with you and keep the pet on guard - it'll autoattack anything that flags you first (but won't fight if you attack before the mob/player targets you).  this stops the need for repeat commands like all kill on everything, meaning you have fewer control checks during play time.

then go start hunting stuff!  if you've got your gd with you, you'll not have trouble against blood elementals (e.g. shame lvl 5) or demons (fire lvl 2, hythloth) to start earning some gold and get used to your character.  then, when you're comfortable you can go explore the more challenging stuff

you can get a chance at a variety of special items, depending on where you hunt.  rather than me listing everything, you might want to check this page http://www.uoguide.com/Category:Artifacts to see what kind of things are relatively easy to get and might help your suit.
