Lockpicking 95+

I have been trying to raise lockpicking but i cant get gains after 95. I picked like 60 dungeon lvl 4 chests but no gains so far, also tried satyr trick but it didnt discord my lockpicking.

Is it bugged or am i doing something wrong? I have raised it this way in other shards i have played.

Their is chests in new haven or you can do lvl 1-4 chests.

thanks but that didnt help, finally got it 100 with the help of paragon satyr.

What chests in New Haven , i have been thru it top to bottom and have not gained off a single chest there.

I think it's the bottom right hand corner. I didn't gain off the chests much but the crates and barrels took me and a few guildmates to gm in no time.

Are the crates the ones down in the undead area  by zombies ?  I been at those for an hour and they havent reset yet

Bottom right hand corner of where , town  , surrounding area  , undead area  im not understanding  where you said the chests , crates and barrels  spawn . Is there any way you can post the coordinates ?

that's where they used to be, I believe Kon said he made them spawn less often so it's a hit or miss
