Prisoner camps

Did the prisoner camp and chest locations change some time in the past like year or so? none of my runes are by them any more.

I caught one once. Thing was there wasn't like fence around the noble, but he was still saying that they were trying to kill him. Don't know whats up with it.

weird i had a whole rune book full of locations I cant seem to find any of them now...sucks it was my way to farm imbue mats and pcoins also decent weps armor and money

They are still there. just slower spawns probably.

oh okay im glad i didnt trash the books runes then. Same spots?
 no moves or anything??? lol easy money for me i marked like a full book of them.
