Hi everyone.  I'm a new player here and I had a few questions that I've been unable to find answers to.  Any information is appreciated.  (Also, this is not a new player thread.  I'm just clarifying for anyone wondering.  The primary purpose of this thread is understanding)

1. Is the Chiv cap 4/6 or just mage and, are there any casting penalties to chiv when a certain level of magery is attained?  I understand that some servers employ this for balancing purposes.
2. Is UOStratics' information similar/identical to this server's stats?
3. What are the hci/dci, ss/dmi, and lmc caps?  
4. Are there any mr or hml restrictions
5. What is that bandie cap?
6. What is the swing speed cap?
7. Is there anyway to see how many people are online from in game?

There are many customs on Pandora. But UOstratics and other libs are still good indications.

Thanks for those resources.  Are there any casting penalties to chiv when a certain level of magery is attained?  Also, do you (or anyone else) know any programs that are faster than razor for hotkeys?  (I find UO's hotkey system troublesome)

I dont know of any penalties. But I am mostly doing crafts and a little PvM. So
I think one of the PvP-pros should answer this question.

Also to your hotkey issue.
Hotkeys per UO or razor works always fine to me.

Thanks for all the help.  One more question though:  Do accounts get deleted for inactivity?  If so, can you donate this burden away?

In turn for donating, your account is also flagged as 'donator status'. This allows your account and characters to stay active much longer than a non-donator incase you happen to not log in for a year Pandora is a hobby, have fun with it.

Ok, more questions then, and a little story.
My last server was really donation based.  It almost felt like you could buy your way into power.  To an extent, I did this, and recently, due to inactivity, my account there was deleted.  That's what brings me here in the first place.  That's why I am placing so much importance in this question: Do accounts get deleted for inactivity and, if yes, is there a way to completely negate this, whether by donation of some other means?

When I play uo, I play relatively hard, but I don't want to be barred from taking a break, having to remember to log in every now and then just to maintain my account.  Its a very insecure feeling.   :|

Although I can not say absolutely, of course there should be a "point" at which every account is deletable. If not, everyone would like to have such an account. But every unused account is just a memory hog and memory = money.

3 monts of inactivity are necessary till an account will be deleted.
For donators are up to an year. And I think it is possible to log in your account(s) once within a year. Even if u know u paid a lot of your money
