Pandorian High Seas Artifacts

Nobody responds in game so I will ask here.

The wiki is limited and I don't think UOGuide or Stratics is accurate for this question.

How do you obtain the Pandorian High Seas Artifacts?  There are no placards in the room to provide information as with the other artifacts.

Are these from fabled chest? MOBs?

You can obtain the Pandora Pirate Hat, Frozen Blood of the Fallen Pandorian, Heart of the Lion, Mask of the Pandorian Polar Bear, and 10k Diamond by doing level 6 Treasure Maps. The others I believe you have to kill Osiredon the Scalis Enforcer in order to get...but he is impossible to solo so you're gonna need a good number of people to even stand a chance.
