Powder of Temperament?

I haven't seen anything but Powder of Fortification around and it doesn't work to repair my Shield of Invulnerability, which I read that Powder of Temperament does. Can't seem to find it anywhere.

Can't you just repair it with blacksmithing?

I dont think that one can be repaired with Smith?...I dont think the powder repairs it, but it does raise its value higher so you can use it longer...

I could be wrong but I think thats how it works?...

Glasses are a very interesting one to repair, dont let them get real beat up, I recently was able to repair a set for a friend, but it was real close, I think it was down to 7 before my glassblower finally was able to repair them without destroying them...
I dont think alot of people pay much attention to the glasses or dont know that they can be repaired....Nigel

Yeah blacksmithing doesn't work to repair them. A month or so back in the patch notes Vorspire made reference to powder of temperament now repairing the shields of invulnerability, which is why i was asking. Nigel do you mean they're considered a glass item then? If so I assume that means they need the glassblower to repair, which I hadn't tried. Thanks for your input.

Yeah my tinker uses a blow pipe to repair the glasses, I can show you where to buy the blow pipes, however dont use the word "blow pipe" in chat, it will auto ban you for obvious reasons...lol...Nigel

The only way to repair the shield of invulnerability is the powder of temperment. I will  look through my repairs should have some ill drop u a pm in game later today.
