Does anyone have any info on the minimum intensities being dropped on infested artifacts?

I don't know if this will help you but On the Moongate  look for Pandorian settlements and then look for The Infested Museum. All drops are there will everything they arrive with. Very useful look see.

That shows the best intensities the items can come with. I'm looking for the worst. So far I've seen a 50% intensity minimum on infested TOK major artifact attributes. Anyone care to say if that is the "basement" or can you get lower?
