Luna Housing Ruleset Change

In the interest of fairness, Players will only be allowed to own two houses in luna PER IP.  Any excess houses found attached to your ip inside the luna city walls will be deleted.  This change will take effect on 8/12/2011.  You have until that time to clear out your houses and sell them to someone else, as all houses belonging to your character in excess of two will be dropped at that time.

People lets be smart and fair about this . If you have more then 2 houses ( unless you donated for it ) why not sell to a newbie for cheap to get new vendors going get it so we are PLAYER dependant and not NPC dependant. This is why I am asking you all to stand but me in this and INSIST that no house in luna is worth more then 5 mil until the 12th of Aug. I know we would all like to see the shard grow rather then stay stag

I ran a succesfull vendor house an OSI shard

I hope to get a luna house and start a bussiness on here I've tryed to contact the folks that have houses just sitting empty at luna to but their property but no joy ill keep an eye on luna and maybe ill get lucky.

Good luck you have to be FAST at idoc and if not you have to pay an arm and a leg even for the house that people are doing nothing with kinda dumb but what can ya do .

There are two houses with Demolishion pending on the sign
does this mean they will miss the IDOC stage and will fall when a gm drops them

i've been camping both of the Pending houses for almost 3 weeks now. And during those 3 weeks, they were still pending.

They're pending because of the money still on the vendors, They aren't the house owners vendors, they're other players vendors, and as long as the other player who owns the vendor (Via vendor rental contract), Keeps putting money on the vendors, or selling stuff from the vendors packs, the vendors will stay up, as will the house.

I have both of my accounts on both houses, and i've been watching them for 3 weeks as of tomorrow waiting for them to drop

Good luck to you buddy I hope you get one, I though the GM's coupld just drop them.
For me the war is over i camped them all day and no GM arrived to drop them i think it stinks tbh.
