well I am new in this shard I am poor like everyone just started and need to start to traing my skill atleast at 105, wich moobs are easy enough to kill and drop this ps scrolls??? thxs in advance  ;)

You could get a group together and do Barracoon, OR setup an afk miner and then sell the ore/ingots and then buy them from someone. That and the pvm events normally drop scrolls too
