answer to ur second question ely is yes thats the only place i know they drop...

so sounds like their are 4 basic idea's...

the put the gems back on vendor group (kon already said no)
the better drop rate group (kon has increased drop rates)
the quicker spawn group (nothing has been said about this)
and the i think its unfair people got to stockpile and i didn't group (nicknamed whiners)

I have found a little spot in Ten Mur where 2 spawn but no dust from those yet, If anyone has found fairy dragons and gotten dust from them anywhere else than the wyvern spawn plz tell us, as this is a mat that is in very high demand, epecially to new/younger/poorer players who havent got the blessed reg bag or uber items with 25-100 LRC on them.  

If it does turn out to be the only location then I think we have just cause to ask for a few more.

As for gems I agree with what Black Mamba says above, dont rly think many ppl have a big stock pile of gems other than what they will have looted before the changes and not sold to NPCs.

I will be looking at elly spawn rates in next couple days - mostly in shame, etc.

I don't mind them spawning a lot more.
