Question about Caps

I was trying to figure out to no avail what the swing speed cap, hp regen cap, and bandaid cap for this shard are?

1.25 (60% SSI), 18 (same as mana), 2s at 205 dex.

your 60ssi theory seems not right cauz it seems caped to 40, syndakit got those doom legs with 10 ssi and oceanic robe with and other 10, when he equips a xbow with 20ssi he hits 1.75 sec swing speed, when he switch to a 35ssi x-bow is ss remains @ 1.75 so its obviously caped at 40

I don't know what to tell you, but I've tested it myself. I wear the 15% SSI sash and 5% SSI on my ring. I use bows with 40% SSI, if I'm over 270 stamina and 60% SSI, I swing a crossbow and yumi at 1.25.
